Most of them sound so much like some Nexus and Hypersonic basses to me, it just really didn’t stand out the way I wanted it to. The only sounds that I really didn’t care for too much are most of the Bass sounds. You will get a ton of new sounds to use when you purchase this VST. It is designed for Electronic music, though you could use it for whatever you want.įrom the original Z3TA to this version, they have created over 1000 new sounds and patches, while also still keeping the original sounds in the program just in case you never had the original. If you are into electronic music that the Cakewalk Z3TA+2 is a must have for your home set up. They have really revamped it to make it more user friendly and attractive to the eye.
This version of Z3TA is a completely different design from the previous version.
I have never seen or knew that the manual came with the product but I am sure its probably easy to understand like most of CakeWalks stuff is.Īll of the basic functions of the software are very easy to find and use. Both were running XP if I remember correctly. Many other sample packs are larger (and 3 x more expensive) but we believe ours are far more useful and usable, and without filling the pack with oversized and unusable sounds.The CakeWalk Z3TA+2 gave me no compatibility issues while using it on either of the two systems that I had at the time. All these total 255 ready to use samples, and we pride ourselves on only including what we would use in own productions. Also included are folders of evolving Pads, FX, Single Drum Hits, and Arpeggios/Synth Loops. Each one custom built to fit into the Drum & Bass genre. It’s not all breaks… There are a wide variety of Bass loops, ranging from warm sub tones to heavily distorted synth bass. These are breaks we’ve not come across before and if you are not used to using breakbeats you’ll be surprised at the feel and groove of a real drummer re-engineered into the Drum & Bass tempo. We sourced and sampled many different breakbeats from a diverse array of genres, and gave them a 2017 174bpm Drum & Bass update. We really wanted to give dusty grooves and breaks the love they deserve. We have been busy creating more samples for your latest productions.
